These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by iTrace Investigations, operated as a sole trader in South Australia, ABN: 60568950979, and licensed under ISL 344646.

iTrace Investigations provides the following services:

• Background checks

• Locate person / skip tracing

• General investigative research

We currently do not offer surveillance or tracking services.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to your enquiry

• Confirm that you are not subject to any legal restrictions (e.g. DVO, IVO)

• Use any information provided lawfully and ethically

You must not use our services for harassment, stalking, or illegal purposes. We reserve the right to decline or terminate services if we discover a Domestic Violence Order (DVO) or Intervention Order (IVO) exists against you relating to the subject of the investigation.

3. Fees and Deposits

• Pricing is provided on a case-by-case basis

• A deposit may be required for involved or complex cases

• All fees are quoted in AUD and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated

• Services will not proceed until payment has been received

4. Results Disclaimer

iTrace Investigations uses lawful, professional, and diligent methods. However:

• We do not guarantee results, outcomes, or timeframes

• We do not provide legal advice

• You are solely responsible for how you choose to use the information provided

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

All investigations are conducted confidentially. Your personal and case details will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or expressly authorised by you. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All written reports and materials produced by iTrace Investigations remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for their intended legal purpose only.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, including:

• Security and Investigation Industry Act 1995 (SA)

• Surveillance Devices Act 2016 (SA)

• Listening and Surveillance Devices Act 1972 (SA) (to the extent still applicable)

You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of South Australian courts.
