Once we determine your specific investigative needs we can give you an accurate quote.

Note: We may request an upfront retainer depending on the depth of the investigation.

We sure do! Whether that be via phone or email, we will discuss your specific investigative needs and then determine our scope of investigation from there. You are under no obligation to use our services after a consult. If you do agree to use our services, a service agreement will be provided to you for you to peruse and sign before we proceed with the investigation. You can contact us anytime during the investigation without charge. 

Upon completion of the investigation, all clients will receive a full and detailed written report along with any and all supporting evidence, keeping in mind we have strict requirements to abide by relating to Australian Privacy Laws, code of ethics and other legal acts.

Private Investigators within Australia have a responsibility to abide by all relevant privacy and investigation laws and regulations. Certain actions are not permitted, such as trespassing on private property, impersonating law enforcement, or conducting illegal surveillance (e.g., phone tracking, GPS tracking is not permitted within South Australia).
